Why a VPN alone sometimes is not enough
Two blocks, not one
Most guides only mention the firewall. But OpenAI also restricts access by region, so if your exit IP is flagged as coming from an unsupported location, you can get an error even with the VPN on. What matters is a stable exit in a supported country, not just any connection.
